Southern Residential Leasing, a member of the locally owned and operated Southern family of companies and leading provider of property management services in Northwest Florida and Alabama – has waived the standard $50.00 application fee for all active-duty military members and their families now through the end of May. Southern’s “Military Move-In Special” will allow the brave men and women of our armed forces to find homes for rent in Pensacola, Destin, Mobile and the surrounding areas and apply free of charge. This special has become a semi-annual tradition within the residential leasing division of Southern Rentals and Real Estate since November 2014.

“Our Memorial Day and Veteran’s Day specials are something we all look forward to,” said Southern Rentals and Real Estate’s Chief Operations Officer, Marie Babin. “So many members of the armed forces call this area home, and we like to do whatever we can to help them find that perfect place to stay.”

The leasing special kicked off on May 1, 2016, but will run through Memorial Day, ending on Tuesday, May 31, 2016.
