PNJ - 20 Years of Excellence The “Southern” vision began more than 20 years ago when two sets of brothers, Mike and Brad Shoults and Kevin and Kerry Veach set out to create a real estate and vacation rental enterprise, with properties from Destin, Florida to the beaches of Perdido Key. It didn’t take long before the four with the help of fellow Owner/Broker, Susan Carleton, to establish Southern Rentals & Real Estate as the most caring company on the Gulf Coast.

Twenty years in the business has seen Southern grow to become one of the largest locally-owned and operated companies in the area, as well as garner a reputation of integrity, and extensive experience and knowledge of the Gulf Coast real estate and property management industries.

Today, Southern Rentals & Real Estate represents nearly 1,000 vacation rentals, over 1,100 long term rentals, 40 associations and countless real estate properties from Panama City Beach, Florida west to Fairhope, Alabama.
